We should have some new pics up the first week of Jan; this home was rented the first time before we put the advertisement up and we never got new pictures. The light is actually nice in the kitchen, and our photo looks like someone trying to take a picture of the sun thru the French doors, lol. The old homestead house on the street view is gone and this newer home was placed farther east on the property, which is a little over 3 acres. You can see it on the satellite view in the correct location next to the neighboring address (15067 Gum Springs Rd); Google has the pin in the correct spot now. The property fronts Gum Springs Rd and goes back west to Estesville Road. This is a nice spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, on a big piece of land, as close to Longview as possible and still be in Hallsville School district. It has a really nice kitchen and living room space, and is currently partially furnished with the (non fabric) Kitchen and Living room furniture that is included in rent but doesn't have to stay. It is a really great spot if you need the loop or I-20 in the mornings. Thx Here we have a fenced back yard and can welcome big dogs too. We are pet friendly, but we have a max of 2 and a $200 pet deposit. Also nice at this home, the water bill is included in the rent.
