In the HEART of West Asheville, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a laundry room, basement, fenced in front yard, and a fenced in private back yard with a small patio. The house itself is on a lightly trafficked street, although a lot of cars do use Waynesville as a cut through. We lived there with two small children so we fenced in the front yard very first thing. It's a very safe and play-friendly yard with lots of flat room for toys. We renovated everything in the house when we bought it in 2019, and updated all appliances with the exception of the stove which works fine. The oak hard wood floors are new, one of the bathrooms is newly installed (the other bathroom is not new or renovated but everything in it works fine). The cabinets and countertops are new, the sink and tile floors, and everything in the main bathroom is new, and the shower is divine with a large modern fixture and beautiful charcoal tile throughout (which also doubles as a chalk board). There are 3 bedrooms, and one laundry room. The laundry room is big enough for a small day bed, and possibly some bookshelves. The washer and dryer is a stacking unit, very high tech although the dryer takes a little under 2 hours to dry. It's a 'condensation' dryer, so the clothes sometimes feel slightly damp when you take them out, but they are actually dry. The master bedroom is quite large, and we added some plumbing fixtures on the walls for an open closet since there is no closet. The other two bedrooms have small closets. There are also two large open closets in the hallway, and two enclosed linen closets. There is a newly installed HVAC in the house, providing heat and AC. The back yard is small, but private and fenced in, with a small patio perfect for a table and chairs. The photos show the house furnished, but it will not be furnished when you rent it. Utilities are not included, and you will need to transfer all of them to your name. One year lease, owner is responsible for ALL utilities including water&trash/electric/internet. NO SMOKING. Dogs accepted if they are well behaved, safe, and not excessive barkers. An additional deposit will be required for dogs. NO CATS. There are 2 off street parking spots available, inline. So the car in front will be blocked in by the car behind.
