For many years now has been the home of a quilt studio and all the inventory is quilting supplies and fixtures. Wonderful wooden building built if the 1930s with 13 ft ceilings and wood floors. Large main area has open, raised dais type office and a separate back room. Lots of charm , needs some TLC. Plenty of space to expand parking area on side and back of building.
