These will include water, sewer, electricity, propane. Garbage is paid for. Conditions of lease will require that these are on and operating. Any lapse of utility bills resulting in water, power or heat shut offs will break terms in the lease agreement. You will be served an eviction notice. Tenant will be required to keep heat on and at a temperature to avoid frozen / bursting water pipes. Damage and repairs will be billed to tenant if this is neglected. Absolutely no smoking in the house. Pets are on a case by case basis. Parking is in the gravel driveway along the fence line. (1) Vehicle. There will be no access inside the fence of the Landlords property. Bedroom French door access to the back porch is ok.
