The application fee is $40.00 and can be filled out on our website at www.SueCruddas.com. All pets must be an approved breed, not restricted by HOA, and approved by the home owner. There is a $300 non-refundable fee per animal. The fee is associated with all pets to include, but not limited to, dogs, cats, birds, fish tanks, aquariums over 10 gallons, etc. All bonus incentives are paid on a 1 year lease or longer
