No smoking, no pets and no studded tires on paver driveway. It is a comfortable neighborhood to live in; well enjoyed by sitting on the front porch and enjoying the flowerbeds with native plants and a raised garden for your veggies. I allow renters to pass through my back yard to access the Deschutes River.
