Brand new house! All appliances are new. One female student currently lives in the home. We are seeking three additional female students to maintain a comfortable and compatible living space. This house is a convenient 8 minute drive (2 miles) to Downtown Athens and UGA campus. The house has an island in the kitchen and a deck in the front and back of the house. There is leather furniture in the living room. No application fee! Security deposit is 1 month's rent. First month's rent is due at move in. Pets are not allowed. Renter is responsible for utilities. Power bill should cost up to around $120, water and trash should cost $50-60, and internet should cost $50-70 per month.
