This house is siding and brick with wooden windows and trim. It is a neutral blue/green w/ white trim. The front porch has 2 entry doors which is common in this neighborhood. This house has one and one-half stories. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, a large living/dining room, kitchen and a “utility” room which was formerly a kitchen and contains cabinets and sink from the original kitchen. The stairway has walls on both sides. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small hallway upstairs. We’ve added a large screened-in back porch along the back (east side) of the house. This house was formerly divided to have a small 3-room apt downstairs.
