This is a relaxing location with plenty of privacy, even though you're near the highway, this building stays quiet with little to no disruptions. With reserved parking 20 ft from the front door on the bottom floor, it's extremely accessible with two small steps. 12-month lease Dogs are ok with a $500 non-refundable pet fee. NO CATS! (The pet fee is a one-time fee that goes with the deposit and is non-refundable.)
