This is a two story, two bedroom apartment. The downstairs has a living room, kitchen, half bath, a storage room with a washer and dryer hook up. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is one off street parking spot. Tenants take care of heat (oil heat) and electric and internet/cable. Trash, water and sewage is included (if an excessive amount of water and sewage is used then tenant is charged for extra usage). This unit has a very small yard in the back, and it is a pet friendly unit (up to two pets for an extra $25 a month). We just put down new vinyl floors in the living room and bedrooms. This unit is non smoking. Owners pay water, sewage and trash. Renter is responsible for heat (oil) and electric. Renter must clean up after pets in the small backyard, as it is shared by tenants. Non smoking unit. There is one off street parking spot. Tenant is responsible for maintaining walkway for this unit when it snows. Highly recommend renter's insurance.
