There is one reserved, uncovered parking stall. If you're looking for a place to have social gatherings often, this is NOT the place for you. This is a quiet building and neighborhood. I'd like to select tenants that match this environment. No smoking No pets *Please note that the color of the floors are grey. The pictures made them look brown. And the lanai's flooring is still in the works of getting painted. The picture I included is altered to show what it may look like when it is done. There will be plantation shutters added to the lanai as well. I'll be asking that the tenant cooperate with those projects during occupancy without compensation.
