We are located close to The Evergreen State College on the bus line 41 and 48. There are bicycle path everywhere from the Apts. But stops right in front of our apartments and comes every 15 minutes or so. Just drop off at "College Court Apartments" stop. Our buildings are all two bedrooms and one bath with a garage. Buildings are far apart and a lot of natures in the park like setting with fire pits and picnic tables. About two and half miles from Capital Malls and Olympia downtown is biking distance. We have four laundry buildings and washing and drying are only $1 . We have month to month lease from the start. We require prospective tenants to have good credit, rental history and other good records. Our tenants are usually long term residents and we would like to keep it that way. This unit #7 is the upstair unit with deck. Voicemail and texting maybe delayed for I am not using them often. We have very highly satisfied tenants and many long time stayers contrary to some narratives and reviews dished out by an anti-landlord group who later apologized and stop their campaign. And we do our repairs fast and complete. Owner pays water , garbage and sewer.
