Our home is a beautiful waterfront home on Turkey Creek in Palm Bay Florida. Turkey Creek feeds into the intercoastal waterway and provides a beautiful boating experience. Our waterfront has two docks with a rated 10–13,000 lb boat lift. (Bunks can be adapted to either V-Hull or pontoon) We have a beautiful deck which houses is a sunken spa, a bar counter and a gas fire pit table that seats five. The interior consists of a great room which includes the family entertainment room, the dining room and a newly remolded kitchen with a breakfast island separating the kitchen and the great room. It also has an additional 13’x17’ entertainment/game room. The house comes fully equipped (including TV’s) with hurricane shutters that are easily installed and uninstalled and has a new roof that is approximately five years old, a carport and a shed/workshop and parking for three cars.
