Great for bbqs and entertaining guests. Apartment complex is walking distance to Southcoast Plaza, Philz Coffee, Starbuck's, and many restaurants and bars. I'd love to rent to someone active who likes sports, but biggest requirement is be nice, considerate, and honest.
