Home has new water well and HVAC installed at same time as home in 2020, home has a building in backyard with roll up door, I believe it to be somewhere around 12x30 and is probly 25 years old and could use a little work but fully useable and sturdy, back yard is 95% fenced in but would need new gates put up to fully enclose from being removed to install new home
