Great starter home. The sunroom/recreation room was added in 2003 and is a great room at about 400 sq feet with 8 windows to let in the natural light and has been like a sanctuary at times as it peaceful sit and look outside and watch the birds feed or just sit and relax. We also had one corner set up with tv for our teenage son to play video games with friends or watch movies. Also was used for entertaining friends and family.
