IMPORTANT UPDATE 9/15/24 I've been made aware that somebody has copied these pictures along with the address and my name and posted this house for rent on Facebook Marketplace. They set up a new Facebook account which should be a tip off to be aware. This is a SCAM trying to get people to send a deposit on the house that they do not own. The only place I listed this house for rent is on Zillow and it's associated web sites. Also, I'm behind on going through applications due to some family matters. Hopefully I can get through them today. Thanks for your understanding. The house has three bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The house has a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer furnished. No dishwasher space. The house had a new HVAC unit installed last year along with more attic insulation and new windows so it would have lower utility bills. There are no pets allowed and no smoking inside. The house has a carport in back that will fit two cars in it and it has a handicap ramp in back also. On the downside its a older house and doesn't have much closet space. It has tall ceilings in a lot of rooms, even upstairs which is nice, unless your painting them. It has a large front porch and a large side yard for the kids to play in. Renter is responsible for yard mowing and utilities. 1 year lease. Rent is $1600 month and the damage deposit is $1600. No smoking inside and no inside pets.
