The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a laundry room in the hallway. Pets are NOT allowed. Security deposit is $1,200. Rent is $1,800. Minimum 1 year lease. Utilities are to be paid by tenant. There is no gas, so, the only utilities are water and electric. Home is close to MTSU, Downtown Murfreesboro and more! Mowing is handled by landlord. There is a small front yard and a very small back yard. Requirements: Pretty much the normal stuff. No evictions. Verifiable income of 2.5x the rental amount. Stable job/rental history. I do not care about student loans or medical bills or even credit score. I'm looking at content. An eviction or RE related debt is an immediate disqualifier.
