Price is now FIRM at 10,000!!!!!!! 3 bedroom 1 bath 1200 sq.ft livable condition sold as is family and I have lived here 4 years.. roof does leak in 2 spots. Interior walls need paint and windows need replaced. Appliances can stay if wanted. Has good size closets. Lots of cabinet space in kitchen built in microwave space as well as built in shelves in kitchen and 1 bedroom This place is very livable as is yes it needs some work to be perfect but someone could easily live here while doing work that it needs we have lived here 4 years and would continue to if it wasn't for moving out if state. If it was sold to someone who rents houses figure if rent would be around 350 a month that's over 4000 a year... so rent for 3 years and make money or just resale after a few years and make a profit.. For someone who is buying to live same scenario. Stop paying rent and save that 350-400 a month live here for a few years and resell for a profit. Or just buy as is fix the roof and paint walls resell and make a profit. Not really intersted in owner finance or rent to own unless there is a big down payments and it will be paid in full within 6 months with understanding I will do no work on property while in this process. (Closing cost paid by buyer!)
