I am looking for someone to take over my apartment starting May 1st. You will have to sign a one year lease. I am not the landlord, I am the tenant, but I will show the apartment and if you like it, I will connect you with the owner. The apartment is in a house converted into 6 units on 3 floors. There is laundry in the basement, and a big backyard. A block from Jenkintown/Wyncote regional train station. Owner pays for water, trash, heat and hot water. In the winter months my PECO bill was around $40/month, but if you use AC in the summer, it will be more. First floor. No pets. Street parking.
