Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenants pay for electric only. The heat is electric. Third Street in Aspinwall is within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Aspinwall is a borough of Pittsburgh along the Allegheny River with tree lined streets and beautiful turn of the century architecture. It is very accessible to downtown and Lawrenceville, but also quietly removed, giving you a small town feel right next to the city.
