There is also a semi private bathroom that would be the occupant's main bathroom. The room is fully furnished, but can be re-organized or decorated as needed, and has a full walk-in closet. The house is also fully accessible for the tenant's use, including the living room, a sitting room, the kitchen and a back patio porch with a grill. The neighborhood also has amenities such as tennis courts, and a pool. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is new to State College and looking for temporary housing as they are getting acclimated. I am a professor at the University and looking to share my space to split some of the expenses. The rent will include all the utilities (gas, electric, water), Internet, and all the other fees associated with the upkeep of the property. Seeking a non-smoking tenant and there is one cat that lives on the property. No additional pets will be accepted. This would be ideal for a graduate student or faculty member who is looking for a fall in spring housing as they are getting situated in State College.
