The house features Central Air with washer and dryer. External camera show 24/7 videos of areas around the house. Cost to move in: 1. Security deposit: $1000. 2. Rent for the month/part-of-month: Fraction x $1000. So for example, if you move in August 14th: $1000.00 + $500(1/2 of August)= $1500.00 So we collect rent for each month at the beginning of the month. No section8. No pets allowed. Rent: $1000/month. Absolutely no changing posts/doors/walls/roof/appliances/fences/concrete surfaces or discoloring driveways on the property without signed, written consent from owner. 10.
