With convenient access, exploring the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues is a breeze. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
