There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No outside guests are allowed without permission. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
