Very quiet building, top floor unit (3rd floor walkup), secured entry with buzzer, laundry on ground floor in building. Water included, tenant pays electric and gas. Gas stove/oven. Photos show unit furnished, but not all items shown will be available for the sublease. That being said, most furniture shown is available if you wish to purchase it, but otherwise the unit will be unfurnished. Rent is $1180/month. Sublease fee is one time $350. You will have to submit an application to the realty company that owns the unit and get approved (and pay any corresponding fees through the company).
