Nice home with Central heat and air unit. With fireplace in den area. Has a hurricane room attached to home. And can be used as a pantry. Outside has a large building 16x24. Can be made into a work shop or storage. Also has a small tool shed to store your lawn equipment, etc. Large deck in front 16x20 and a small deck around back. Roof on home totally replaced 7 years ago. New roof on large building last Fall. Added new lines to Septic tank 6 years ago. New deck on the front. Has a natural wood area on one side of yard and some in very front. A retainer wall built 2 or 3 years ago. And wooded area in the back. Not much mowing in back required. It's a half acres lot and home on permanent brick foundation. Repairs has been done plus new paint. Looks great! Carpet could need replacement or just cleaned well.
