Great Home for a single family . Lake view , wrap around porch , a he/she shed . Great out doors for activities with family and friends . Nothing but a great location with quiet neighbors in a very respectful and loving community. All I ask is for a tenant that will love and take care of home as I would !! All utilities are required to be paid by tenant . Electric, water includes (trash & suage) and gas ! I spent about 60 max on water which includes all . The electric the most I paid was 180 in the summer , the cas is a minimum of 300 which is 100 pounds of gas but 600 to 700 would last all year which is generally used for the stove and gas heating which is central a/c electric and gas heating!! Best heater I swear , any questions I would love to answer.
