Think cozy, remember this is a 500 sq foot cottage so it is well suited for one person or a couple. There is a welcoming front porch where you can feel the beach breezes and a large back porch that you can have a second dining area. There is a separate laundry room with storage. You will be subletting the cottage from me, this has been approved by the landlord and the landlord will have to be final word on who gets the cottage. My lease is up April 1st so you will have the option at that time to continue your lease. Deposit is $900 and monthly rent is $900 due before the first of each month, this will be paid directly to the owner.
