We're open to painting if you want to change the kids bedrooms etc. If you want to landscape the yard to your taste we're open to that as well. Just please discuss with us any changes you would like to make. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets. There are dog breed restrictions. The security deposit will not be returned if there is any damage caused to the home by the pets. For dogs, cats, birds, or other animals that frequently have free roam of the house there will be an additional monthly fee of $50. There is no fee for fish. Unless they roam the house.
