In order to apply, every adult living in the house needs to have proof of income with pay stubs and have a permanent job. Clarify how many people will live in the house when you apply, children and adults. Do not just send a showing request with empty information. Send credit score, income, tentative moving date, and contact information when you send a showing request. Showing hours will depend on both landlord and applicants. If a showing time is set up, there will be a confirmation text sent one hour before the showing. If the applicant doesn't reply, it will be assumed that s/he isn't interested anymore. We ask you to be a person who respects their neighbors, and who takes care of the house. We like to keep the house nice and in good condition, so you can make it your home. Tenants will mow the lawn and clean the front and back of the house from street debris left there by the rain or winds. If the offices of the city of Knoxville send an overgrown-lawn letter, there will be a fee to pay. But if tenant keeps everything well taken care of, everything will always be fine.
