In order to apply, every adult living in the house needs to have proof of income with pay stubs and have a permanent job. Clarify how many people will live in the house when you apply, children and adults. Do not just send a showing request with empty information. Send credit score, income, tentative moving date, and contact information when you send a showing request. Showing hours will depend on both landlord and applicants. If a showing time is set up, there will be a confirmation text sent one hour before the showing. If the applicant doesn't reply, it will be assumed that s/he isn't interested anymore. Contract is for 1.5 or 2 years minimum. More details are explained in the lease. Fill out the application from Zillow, and include all the information that's required. Not doing so may discard your application immediately. Include Work phone numbers to be found on the Yellow Pages (not personal cell phones) and the names and phone numbers of current and past landlords. Note: If you receive emails or messages from people asking you to send money in advance without having seen the house, that's scam. Do not let scammers fool you. No vouchers accepted. 18 or 24 month lease.
