This renovated apartment is a comfortable space to call home! There are newer appliances, flooring, tile, and a standing shower. The building is right next to a Dollar Bank, has a post office across the street and has a close proximity to some restaurants, the public library and the Trolley. Coin operated laundry can be used in the basement area along with storage units. The landlord pays for the water and gas bill, however, all appliances are electric and the tenant is responsible for the electric. Heating is currently from gas radiators and tenants would need to use window air conditioners in the summer.
