There is a large laundry room/pantry as well. The house is 1320 sq ft, plus there is a roughly 450 sq ft unheated/unfinished basement (under roughly 1/3 of the house). We’ve loved living here - the countryside is quiet and the neighbors are great, but it is time for someone else to enjoy this piece of countryside living. There is plenty of land - 4.5 ac that is mostly wooded. There is a small block outbuilding as well.
