There are no loud pets, loud people or kids that can disturb you, very quiet most of the time. Walls do not transmit noise as bad as most apartments, the noise level through walls, is low. The complex is well kept, clean, and maintenance does a fine job to keep the place looking clean. I've heard of no violence, or complaints in the one year i have lived here.
