The tenant pays a $2,900 security deposit (to cover last month's rent or any/all damages). The tenant pays the first month's rent, water, electric, gas, cable/internet, and provides the Owner with Tenant Insurance ($100,000 coverage). There are additional items in the Lease. NOTE: As long as the Tenant pays rent on time, on the FIRST OF EACH MONTH, without fail, the Owner agrees NOT to RAISE THE RENT, year after year.
A 1-year lease or a 2-year lease is available, upon request.
