All utilities with the exception of water paid (water will be charged at 1/3 of bi-monthly bill - approximately $50 month). Amenities abound! Unit features mini-split with a/c and heat. The downstairs has a small shared gym and a small office the renter can use. The backyard has a shared hot tub and BBQ and is a lovely, peaceful setting for hanging out and listening to the many neighborhood birds. Rent is significantly reduced in exchange on-site dog-sitting. Dog-sitting references, as well as prior property-owner references, will be required. Individuals who are handy with home-maintenance know-how desired but not required. All utilities except for water (1/3 split, charged bi-monthly) paid. Studio is furnished, with option to be provided unfurnished if the match is right. Initial term is 6-months, with option to extend. No smoking of any kind allowed on property, including pot.
