The primary bedroom (upstairs) has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a shower, a walk-in cedar-lined closet, a new ceiling fan (not in photos), and a balcony with a beautiful view. The two other bedrooms have nice closets and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs has beautiful wood floors throughout. The large living room has a dining room attached with lots of natural light. The lower family room has an electric fireplace, lots of storage space, and a slider to the backyard. In addition, there is a 4th bedroom or office with a slider and a modern bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is roomy and has a counter/bar and space for an island and slider to the backyard. There is a large microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, and oven with a warmer. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer available to borrow.
