Winter Month to Month Rental The cottage comes fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dishware, basic pantry items, etc.). Lake access with Lake view, Wifi, pets allowed, backyard, parking on premise as well as street parking, 2 HDTV with Netflix, Amazon, Prime Video, Hulu. Security cameras on property. Fire Pit with adirondack chairs, stand up paddle boards, Dock, and use of games are all included. Cottage is across the street from the lake with a wonderful view. Use of Dock included. Boat parking subject to easement rules. permission must be obtained before parking any watercraft given the strict easement rules. Animals are allowed with an additional fee. There is a line out back for a dog. Please pick up and dispose of pet waste from the yard. If your pet has an accident in the house there is Pet Fabric Cleaner kept on site but we ask that you notify us if there is one so that additional cleaning measures can be taken. There is use of an easement down to the lake for guest use along with a seasonal dock to use for swimming and enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. All utilities paid including electric, gas, trash, water, and internet. Fully furnished house including fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc).
