The Studio-apartment has 1 Queen Bed in the sleeping alcove and a comfortable L-shaped sofa which can accommodate guests should you need to. There is a complete galley kitchen (stovetop, microwave, no oven here but two in the main kitchen) with a small fridge, coffee maker and stocked with some essential dish ware as well. In addition, there is custom built-in cabinetry enough to hold more than your average dresser and a newly constructed, tiled bathroom with a bath tub, shower, and private views. A "smart" TV is included with the studio rental and already has access to many apps but adding cable service is easy and available to you should you wish to use the existing Direct TV dish in place. Renter has access to laundry facilities at any time and can conveniently access from the outside without entering into the main part of the house. This common space mirrors the accessibility of all common spaces in the home (movie theater, kitchen, pantry, living and dining room to name a few) as a short walk down the deck will lead to a separate outside entrance to each and every one.
