Note - owner lives in home full time. NOTE: Owner will not reply to anyone seeking a lease shorter than 6 months or longer than 7 months. 6 Month Ski Season Rental (Nov - April) with ability to start lease mid October for a 6.5 month lease. Monthly rental includes electric, gas, water and trash (charges over normal usage are responsibility of tenant). First month's rent and last month's rent plus security deposit equal to one month's rent required. No pets (owner has allergies) allowed in or around the property, no smoking or vaping, not a party house. 2 designated parking spots.
