The driveway and garage fit 4 cars, and parking on the street is not allowed. No parties or events are permitted. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, as additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell in the front of the house for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, but if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
