The exterior of the home has many seasonal flowers and plants. The large back patio is covered and has space for two rocking chairs plus a 4 person outdoor dining set. Sun City is an age-restricted community and one renter must be 55 years of age or older. All HOA dues, lawn care and utilities are included with the lease. With a minimum of three month rental, access to the pools, fitness centers, amenity centers and clubs can be provided with a $100 one-time fee per resident.
