Our home was built in the early 1900s and at that time it was used as a grocery store so the ceilings are 25 feet high huge windows with lots of light. There is a spacious living area and extra wide hallways with beautiful wood floors. The living space combined with the basement is approximately 2200 sq feet. A basement is a great place for storing extra stuff. There are three bedrooms plus another room that could be used for an office or another storage area. There is also a daybed. We have a small fenced-in front area with a concrete round table. We are in the process of painting the interior walls a brilliant white. We do have the house furnished with three king-size beds, chairs in each bedroom, wardrobes, mid-century modern furniture in the living room, and a bistro table that seats four people. The loft living space is unique and in our opinion a beautiful way to live. Renter pays for all utilities, wifi, and trash. Owner pays for alarm system. There are evaporated coolers for the summer heat and two heating systems for the winter months. Utilities average around $350.00 per month.
