The cabin is located in a resort with 70 other cabins and shared access to a community pool and community house. It has gated access and all the roads are paved and maintained. The cabin sits on close to an acre lot and has mature trees for seclusion and privacy. Resort has a HOA that is $250/month. This includes water maintenance for the tanks, pool access and maintenance, and road maintenance. Located in Sevier County, so taxes are much cheaper. Easy access to Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. Below find the extensive list of upgrades and additions we've completed since 2018. Added a brand new 7 person hot tub in 2018.
