Abundant windows allow in peaceful natural sunlight. The house is filled with art from around the world and the owners own work.. There are three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a wonderfully firm and supportive queen sized bed, A private porch connects the primary bedroom to the backyard. Two more bedrooms are upstairs each with a double bed. There is also a common open den area upstairs which is perfect for a work space or for yoga and meditation. There is also a Peloton bike for people wanting a home workout. In the summer air-conditioning is available in 4 separate zones of the house. AC is only occasionally needed since the house is under the shade of the 5 big and lovely trees around the house. In the dog- friendly private fenced back yard there is a beautiful garden and pond with waterfalls which creates a special bubbling ambiance of peacefulness. A dog-door connects the primary bedroom to the fenced back yard. The patio also has a barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor entertainment. This is a very private and beautiful outside area. We want you to know that you are renting our home while we are away. This is where we live most of the year when we are in Boulder.This is not a full-time rental so you can expect more to find a "home-like" feeling that has been fixed up for your arrival. We rent for a minimum of 30 days. Our rates include all utilities, premium ROKU internet-based TV and WiFi with hi-speed internet. We have solar power from panels on the roof and a e-vehicle charging station. We are located 2 blocks from the North Boulder Recreation Center and the beautiful community Hawthorne Gardens, We are about a 12-15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on the iconic downtown Pearl Street Mall. The house comes with one bike for the use of our tenants. Our location is perfect and convenient to all of Boulder. You'll love living in luxury and convenience, privacy and comfort. While we do have the house professionally cleaned, If you are prone to cat or dog allergies this house is not the right one for you. Similarly, with our pond in the backyard, it's not appropriate for us to rent to families with toddlers. Cancellation Policy: Cancelation before 60 days prior to check in will receive 100% refund. Travelers who cancel at least 60-30 days before check-in will get back 50% refund. Cancellation of less than 30 days from check-in will not receive a refund. We never advertise on Craigslist. If you see a Craigslist listing for this property it is a scam. Please be careful (and let us know). We rent by the month or longer. This is a no smoking property. There is a beautiful pond in the backyard. It might present a hazard to a toddler, so we do not rent to families with children under five.
