It is separated from the main house by a japanese rock garden. The apartment is over the garage (as you can see from the pictures) but also ground level from the other end. We have a separate driveway for our cars. We're looking for a 1-year lease (month to month after that) for a non-smoker with no pets and a good credit score. All utilities (A/C, heat, electricity, washer, dryer) are included. Internet and cable are also included in the $150/fee. All applicants subject to background & credit check.
