Walking distance to the bus/train lines and other amenities; grocery stores, banks, churches, schools etc..... This property has always been a pet/smoke free property and would like to keep it that way. However, there are allowable exception's such as but not limited to: Service/companion animals for these situations we can negotiate a fee. Smoking indoors is not preferred and may result in a cleaning charge/ legal action or eviction if necessary.
