Yes, this is a shared apartment but you have your own room and bathroom, and complete access to the kitchen and living room. My gf and I will be in the master bedroom, we're 22 & 23, non-smokers, recent UCI grads, and I work hybrid full time at a hedge fund. Working white-collar job professionals in their 20s or early 30s preferred who like and keep a clean apartment. Rent negotiable. Your room comes with 1 Free Parking Permit (has an option to get a 2nd parking spot for 60/month). Situated right across Fashion Island. Water, Trash, Sewage, and Gas are included in the rent. Electricity and the Internet are separate. Tour available. 12-month lease preferred. Meeting in person would be required to see if we'd be a good fit, we really value a good fit over anything else and can offer lower rent if we like you. Ideally, someone who likes to go out on weekends, enjoys music in the apt, and keeps the area clean would be preferred.
