You can bring your own fridge or you can rent ours for an extra $50/mo. You can also bring your own washer & dryer, or rent ours for an extra $50/mo (for washer & dryer together). To qualify: 1) your verifiable gross household monthly income must be at least 3x rent ($3000/mo), 2) no criminal record or evictions, 3) good rental history, and 4) your credit score should be 600 or higher (although exceptions may be made on a case by case basis). Minimum lease is for 1 year, and long-term renters are welcome. Application fee is $56 per adult.
