Resident must follow all state, county, and city laws and ordinances for animals and beekeeping. Further deposits may be applied based on the situation. Accessibility: 2 steps to enter house. Willing to discuss adaptations for physical needs. Locked one car garage with automatic opener, off street parking for 1 or 2 cars, plus ample street parking. Bike hooks, lots of storage available in locked garage.
